AirStrip Cardiology™
AirStrip CARDIOLOGY offers remote access to valuable data for the cardiologist including telemetry strips, EKG data, pulse oximetry, ventilator pressure measurements, end-tidal CO2 monitoring and arterial pressure monitoring. AirStrip CARDIOLOGY is now in the advanced testing stages. Specific questions about availability should be directed to info@airstriptech.com.

Application features

AirStrip CARDIOLOGY allows physicians to make time-critical decisions when they cannot be bedside, further reducing time delay in the clinical assessment and treatment of patients. Clinical features include:

  • Virtual Views – Remote, virtual real-time monitoring of live cardiac rhythm strips and other waveform data, such as pulse oximetry and ventilator waveforms.
  • Remote ECG Access – Immediate and historical EGCs with the ability to view the ECG in its entirety.
    • ECG Views – The ability to view the ECG lead-by-lead or to choose which group of leads to visualize simultaneously. Enlarged images can be viewed and contiguous leads can be assessed simultaneously. Viewing larger waveforms allows for more accurate assessment of interval changes and pertinent deviations such as ST elevation and PR and QRS intervals.
    • Strip Zooming – The zoom feature maintains relative size of waveforms and the background grid allows for easy assessment and measurements.
    • Automated Caliper – The automated caliper can measure designated intervals, both automatically and manually.
    • Strip Scrolling – The scroll function allows users to quickly scroll through stored waveform data, such as telemetry strips, very quickly. Start to finish data is accessible in four-hour intervals.

Users can also access bedside monitoring data, including heart rate, respiratory rate, temperature, blood pressure, and invasive monitoring measurements, such as cardiac output, pulmonary capillary wedge pressures, arterial line values, and central venous pressures.
