Overview
The AirStrip OBSERVER SuiteTM is the latest product from Airstrip TechnologiesTM, a medical technology company specialized in delivering real-time waveform data via a PDA, SmartPhone or PC. The AirStrip OBSERVER SuiteTM comprises the components, viewers and data interfaces for the client application that runs from the physician's device, providing access to all of the data for each of the products included in the AirStrip OBSERVER SuiteTM.

Application Features
By delivering real-time and historical waveform data to the remote physician, AirStrip OBSERVERTM includes the features and functionality necessary to help physicians to make time-critical decisions from locations distant to the bedside, further eliminating delays in clinical assessment and treatment of patients. The primary clinical features of each product are captured below. Each product provides real-time and remote access to data via a PDA, SmartPhone or PC. - AirStrip OBTM:
- Remote, Real-time and historical views of fetal heart tracings and maternal contraction patterns with annotations.
- Access to nursing notes, vital signs and labor trends.
- Strip Chart Scrolling - Ability to scroll backwards and forwards through the strip chart data
- Strip Chart Zooming - Ability to zoom in and out on the fetal strip
- AirStrip CARDIOLOGYTM:

Remote, Real-time monitoring of live cardiac rhythm strips and other waveform data such as pulse oximetry and peak ventilator pressures.
- The ability to view the ECG in its entirety

The ability to view the ECG lead-by-lead or to choose which group of leads to visualize simultaneously. This allows enlarged images to be viewed and to allow contiguous leads to be assessed simultaneously. Viewing larger waveforms allows for more accurate assessment of interval changes and pertinent deviations such as ST elevation, PR and QRS intervals, etc.

- AirStrip CRITICAL CARETM:
- Remote, Real-time monitoring of live cardiac rhythm strips and other waveform data such as pulse oximetry and peak ventilator pressures.
- Automated caliper to measure designated intervals, both automatically and manually.
- Other critical patient data including Delivered Tidal Volume, Airway Pressure, Flow and Volume Readings are also available in real-time.
- Other ventilator and patient monitoring waveforms
- AirStrip IMAGINGTM:
- Remote access to PACS images on a PDA, SmartPhone or PC
- Ability to review and annotate the PACS images.
- Ability to engage advance viewing functions such as scroll, zoom and image rotation
- Diagnostic quality images can be obtained on most mobile devices and can assist in the triaging of critical patients when the doctor is not at the bedside
- AirStrip LABORATORYTM:
- Remote, Real-time and historical views of lab results via an HL-7 feed
- Ability to save lab results for later review
- Ability to plot trends from real-time and historical labs to anticipate potential changes in patient status
In addition, access to typical bedside data is also available, including Heart Rate, Respiratory Rate, Temperature, and Blood Pressure.
Screen set-up is provider specific, allowing clinicians to create a data set or sets tailored to their needs both in and out of the hospital.
