Technical Support Details
AirStrip TechnologiesTM provides 24 hours-a-day support for AirStripTM products, seven days per week via a toll free number and email. This support is broken into two categories: Server Support and Client (PDA) Software Support.
Server support is provided to hospitals with a 30 minute response time Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Client (PDA) Software Support is provided to the end user (physician) 24 hours-a-day via a toll free number and email. Client Software Support also includes triaging issues with the phone device and the ability to escalate the problem to the appropriate wireless carrier for resolution of a device issue.
