When the demands of the day require their periodic absence from the hospital, physicians will now have mobile, remote access to their patients they are being consulted on; regardless of location.
Gone will be the days of painstakingly describing a strip over the phone or having to fax portions of a strip to the office. With the AirStrip Observer SuiteTM physicians can now remain in contact with the hospital anywhere they have a cell phone connection.
Using their PDA or Smart Phone, a physician can access the real time patient census and then select those patients he or she wants to monitor. Just as if they were in the hospital, the doctor can then select a patient on his/her PDA and view the real time and historical fetal heart tracing, maternal contraction patterns and other critical data being captured.
